- ▴ Holiday Pricing: $48.00/hour rate will apply over Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend and Thanksgiving. Minimum 5-hour commitment
- Group Pricing: Passenger Vans include a one-time fee per trip of $50.00
- Guaranteed Driver: There is a one-time fee of $50.00 to guarantee a specific driver for your trip. See FAQ for more info.
Policies, Payments and Refunds
Accepted Payments
- Visa, Mastercard and Discover Accepted
- 4% credit card processing fee applies for all trips
- Gratuity is not included in pricing. Cash gratuities are recommended.
- Drivers will not accept payment for trip. Please contact office for payments.
Extended Trips/Overtime
- All trips 9 hours or longer, will have a 10% surcharge automatically added to the final total
- All trips that extend past 4 AM will have an additional $50/hour surcharge added from 4 AM until drop off time (rounded up to the hour)
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
- All cancellations or timing changes must be made through the office. Requests made directly through drivers, may not be recognized
- Prior to 7 days, no cancellation fee will apply for single driver trips
- Within 7 days of scheduled single driver pickup, 100% of minimum commitment will apply
- Prior to 14 days, no cancellation fee will apply for multiple driver trips
- Within 14 days of scheduled multiple driver pickup, 100% of minimum commitment will apply

Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup, start times may not be adjusted without approval from office. Charges may apply if length of trip is adjusted.
