Yes, each driver is covered under our comprehensive insurance policy with an A+ national insurance carrier. Insurance Certificates may be provided upon request after reservation is confirmed.

Depending on your needs, our drivers are happy to provide insight and recommendations for your day. Ultimately, we leave the reservations to you, as most destinations will require a credit card deposit and we don’t release any payment information on your behalf. Parties of 6 or more usually require advance reservations all year long.

Your car never moves unless you’re in it. Upon request, your driver will make additional passenger pick-ups or stop for provisions.

Yes, we source our drivers from the local communities and many of them have been involved in the industry for years, whether as tasting room managers or part of the viticulture programs, and all are very well acquainted with the offerings at the wineries, cideries, breweries and distilleries as well as where you can stop to experience live music, a scenic photo op or a refueling pit stop to try the best of the local cuisine.

Yes. Our comprehensive insurance policy covers both personal and rental vehicles, and depending on your rental policy, our drivers can even meet you at your rental facility to be added to your agreement (travel time may apply).

Main Street Drivers is insured to drive vehicles up to 15 passengers (see rates for group pricing), as long as each passenger has a working seat belt.

We try to accommodate special requests for drivers when possible, but scheduling does not always permit for it. If you want to guarantee a specific driver for your trip, we suggest calling at least 2 weeks in advance of your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please see Rates & Policies.
